What's this role about? Take responsibility for day-to-day operational tasks, including security patching and minor application software upgrades.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to public cloud environments.
• Collaborate with Public Cloud and other teams for necessary approvals, testing, and implementations.
• Adhere strictly to internal documentation and operational guidelines.
• Monitor system alerts and escalate issues to relevant teams as needed.
  
  Here's how you'll contribute:
• Experience with tools and technologies such as Git, Linux/Windows OS, VS Code, AWS or Azure, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure and application monitoring tools, and JIRA.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a DevOps-related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.
