Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and expand partnerships with key players in the ad tech ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, and data providers.
  • Identify and negotiate high-impact partnerships that drive business growth and enhance the company’s competitive position.
  • Foster long-term relationships with partners to ensure sustained collaboration and value creation.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential M&A opportunities within the ad tech space.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential acquisition targets, assessing strategic fit, financial performance, and technical compatibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and product, to execute M&A deals.
  • Work closely with internal product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure partnerships align with company objectives and deliver value to clients.
  • Drive innovation by leveraging partnerships to enhance product offerings and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
