- Bac+3 to Bac+5 education.
- IAS Level 2 authorization.
- IOBSP Level 3 authorization for real-estate credit.
- AMF certification obtained from a certified institution.
- CIF authorization.
- A valid Category B driving license.
- Active listening, empathy, relationship-building ability, rigor, confidentiality, autonomy, commercial drive, accountability, and persistence.
- Prospect within the target defined by the company's strategy and develop the assigned individual and corporate client network and commercial activity.
- Manage the target client portfolio and update client files using the company's tools.
- Perform economic, civil, tax, and succession analyses of clients' assets.
- Advise clients in determining a wealth strategy that addresses their objectives, needs, and personal management criteria.
- Propose wealth or social strategies addressing clients' objectives, needs, and personal management criteria.
- Propose multiple tailored solutions and involve experts when necessary.
- Meet the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the applicable agreement and communicated by the Wealth Management Manager or Agency Director.
- Implement the company's commercial strategy while ensuring a tailored approach and compliance with professional, ethical, and conduct rules.
- Develop profitable commercial collection appropriate to the advisor's level of expertise.
