Linedata and AutoRek announce strategic partnership to reshape Asset Management workflows.

Linedata and AutoRek announce strategic partnership to reshape Asset Management workflows. * Asset Management * 29.09.2026 11:11 am Linedata, a global provider of credit and asset management technology, data, and services, today announced that it was entering a strategic partnership with AutoRek. The agreement makes AutoRek's automated reconciliation platform available to Linedata clients as a fully managed service, delivered through Linedata's co-sourcing model. This partnership will provide Linedata's clients with market leading reconciliation capability without requiring standalone procurement, implementation or management. Reconciliation remains one of the most cumbersome processes in investment operations, in need of automation. AutoRek's 2026 research across UK and US capital markets firms found that 85% say their operational processes already struggle, or would struggle, if transaction volumes continue to rise; 53% still use spreadsheets to some extent for reconciliations; and firms spend an average of 15.9% of their operational budgets fixing problems caused by manual processes.1 However, there are barriers to adopting reconciliation, which include licensing, implementation, and staffing. The partnership solves that friction by offering AutoRek's automated reconciliation tool as a fully managed service for Linedata clients. AutoRek will be delivered by the same operational model that clients use for other co-sourced functions. AutoRek's tool will exist alongside Linedata's own reconciliation platform, reflecting Linedata's commitment providing its customers with a breadth of managed services that suit their evolving operational and business needs. "Linedata and AutoRek share a common goal: to deliver the best technologies to asset managers that will transform their financial operations," says Jonathan Hinkley, Head of Global Services at Linedata. "This partnership, built on an established operating model with the same staffing governance, and oversight structure as Linedata's other co-sourced services, will give customers unrivalled tools to manage their investments with maximum ease and efficiency, rather than standalone software to run themselves." Linedata's operations teams will run AutoRek's platform on clients' behalf, having completed formal training and certification from AutoRek. The partnership with AutoRek is reflective of Linedata's strategy to be a technology-agnostic, full-service provider of asset management technology solutions. "We're excited to be partnering with Linedata, a firm that shares our commitment to helping clients achieve real operational outcomes, not just deploying software, especially in an era when organisations are struggling to implement new technologies effectively, at scale", said Martyn Ward, CRO of AutoRek. "Together, we're reshaping asset management around the principles of tighter integration, support for clients' service models, and future-forward tools shaped by SaaS, automation, and artificial intelligence technologies". The partnership also extends both companies' commercial reach. Linedata gains access to AutoRek's client base in the UK and Northern Europe, while AutoRek accelerates its growth in North America, APAC and France.

AutoRek acquires Grath to set a new standard in ai-powered reconciliation.

AutoRek acquires Grath to set a new standard in ai-powered reconciliation. * Artificial Intelligence * 03.08.2026 09:37 am AutoRek, the leader in enterprise financial controls and reconciliation automation, today announced the acquisition of Grath, an innovative fintech recognised for its AI-driven approach to reconciliation and compliance challenges in financial services. The acquisition gives customers new AI-enabled capabilities for automated reconciliation, providing firms of every size a governed, audit-ready route to automated reconciliation and AI-enabled operations. Grath is a London-based reconciliation and regulatory compliance technology company, founded in 2019, serving banks, payment providers, brokers and fintechs from offices in the UK, UAE and Australia. Earlier this year, Grath launched Topa, enabling financial services teams to integrate a matching engine, FS-trained machine learning models and an agentic reasoning layer for exception handling directly into their own systems, ideal for customers that prefer to build reconciliation capabilities in-house. Together, AutoRek and Grath give customers a single partner able to meet a broader range of needs across the full reconciliation lifecycle, from data ingestion and matching through controls, risk and compliance management. THREE ROUTES, ONE STANDARD OF CONTROL The combined product portfolio gives financial services customers greater flexibility to choose the operating model that best fits their regulatory requirements, technology strategy and deployment preferences, all within a single, governed control framework. Enterprise Private Cloud - AutoRek's core platform. For customers with high transaction volumes, complex data sources and stringent regulatory obligations, AutoRek's enterprise-grade reconciliation platform and AutoRek Intelligent Agent (ARIA) deliver proven controls automation combined with AI-driven operational intelligence. Multi-Tenant SaaS - Grath's reconciliation platform. For fast-growing customers that need FCA-aligned governance without standing up their own infrastructure, Grath's multi-tenant SaaS platform enables rapid deployment supported by AutoRek's global scale and service model. Embedded AI Infrastructure - Grath's 'Topa'. For customers building proprietary AI-powered operations, Topa provides reusable matching services and governed agentic reasoning capabilities that can be embedded directly into in-house systems while maintaining architectural control. EXECUTIVE COMMENTARY "Customers want the benefits of AI delivered through governance, auditability and human oversight. By bringing together AutoRek's enterprise control capabilities with Grath's AI innovation, customers gain more choice in how they deploy and more confidence in the controls that underpin it," said Chris Livesey, CEO of AutoRek. Matt Povey, CEO of Grath, said: "Financial services is at an inflection point. Institutions no longer want to choose between robust enterprise controls and the speed of AI-led innovation, and now they do not have to. Whether customers want a dedicated deployment, a SaaS solution live in hours, or embedded agentic infrastructure, they can now adopt any model within a single governed framework." EXPANDED GLOBAL PRESENCE The acquisition furthers AutoRek's international expansion strategy, adding Grath's US client base to AutoRek's growing US footprint. It also extends AutoRek's presence in the Middle East through Grath's UAE client base. The move follows the opening of AutoRek's Miami office and two senior sales hires focused on the region earlier this year.

AutoRek has acquired London-based fintech Grath to enhance its AI-powered reconciliation capabilities. Founded in 2019, Grath serves banks, payment providers, brokers and fintechs from offices in the UK, UAE and Australia. AutoRek CEO Chris Livesey said the combination delivers AI benefits through governance and auditability. The deal expands AutoRek's US and Middle East presence through Grath's client base in those regions. Founded in 1994, AutoRek employs over 170 people across five locations and serves more than 100 clients in 15 countries.

The update enables financial institutions to achieve a 95% reduction in manual matching effort and configure new reconciliations in under 30 minutes, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and regulatory compliance across global markets. How does AutoRek ARIA improve financial controls? The latest advancement in financial controls technology focuses on removing the friction from regulatory-grade intelligence. By introducing automated rule generation for complex matching scenarios, AutoRek allows firms to move away from rigid, manual systems. The platform now features expanded pattern recognition, which proactively identifies trends to minimize the need for human intervention in investigations. * 99.99% match rates achieved for high-volume clients. * Sub-30-minute setup for routine reconciliation tasks. * Real-time visibility through enhanced oversight dashboards.
