Requirements
  • A diploma (DEC) in nursing and a valid license to practice are required.
  • At least one year of experience in a hospital or medical setting is strongly desired.
  • Recent and relevant experience in the listed sectors is required.
  • Interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work in a team are required.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of patient care is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide quality nursing care to patients in a hospital environment.
  • Assess patients' medical and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Use the Epic system to document care and track patients' progress.
  • Communicate effectively with families about patients' health status and needs.
  • Participate in case management to ensure continuity of care.
  • Train and supervise auxiliary staff, as applicable.
