- Ability to work evenings and weekends.

- Welcome patients and visitors in person or by telephone, and answer or refer inquiries.
- Answer patients' questions and maintain the reception area.
- File and retrieve patient records to ensure treatment information is available.
- Obtain, record, and update patients' personal and financial information to maintain patient accounts.
- Obtain payments from patients.
- Obtain consents for treatment.
- Verify insurance and collect copays and balances.
- Maintain the confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Follow policies and procedures, and report needed changes.
- Follow and enforce accepted safety practices for patients.
- Report incidents and patient concerns to a supervisor in a timely manner.
- Report attendance and tardiness issues as required per shift.
- Maintain excellent attendance and lead by example.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
