  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong appetite for advertising, digital technologies, mobile ecosystem
  • Experience in marketing and/or the advertising industry or a similar field working in customer success roles
  • Rigorous, detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, strong analysis abilities & relational skills
  • Proactive, good team player, willingness to go the extra mile
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge in programmatic is a plus
  • Experience with 3rd party reporting, ad serving, and reporting systems including MOAT, Double Verify, IAS, DCM etc. is a plus
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English (business level)
Responsibilities
  • Be clients’ advocate and liaise with internal departments for campaign success
  • Get involved in internal projects and processes for growth
  • Troubleshoot campaigns in collaboration with Ad Operations and Support teams
  • Craft insights-driven RFP responses for client campaign objectives
  • Lead communication with clients throughout campaign lifecycle
  • Grow and nurture portfolio by understanding clients’ goals and needs
  • Assist clients in mobile media strategies and provide insights for campaign success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with direct and agency clients
  • Identify and communicate up-, cross-selling, and retention opportunities
  • Analyse client and internal data for proactive conversations
  • Participate in workshops, events, and Quarterly Business Reviews with clients
  • Organize and lead post-campaign meetings with agencies and clients
