  • A strong track record in strategic account selling and participation in global or strategic account programs.
  • Deep understanding of services-led selling alongside software, license, or partner-led motions.
  • Demonstrated use of MEDDPICC or an equivalent structured sales methodology for forecasting, coaching, and deal inspection.
  • Ability to build trusted C-level relationships and lead complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-year opportunities.
  • Experience building executive alignment and co-sell activity with strategic technology partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen across revenue, gross margin, pipeline, pricing, and sales productivity.
  • Proven ability to recruit, coach, develop, and performance-manage high-performing sales teams in a matrixed organization.
Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the UK sales strategy, translating global priorities into an annual territory plan and a 2–3-year growth outlook.
  • Segment the UK market across Strategic, Enterprise, and Mid-Market accounts and align talent, capacity, and sales motions to the highest-value opportunities.

  • Create effective cross-sell between the two selling motions and integrate consulting services, managed services, and partner licensing into coherent account strategies.
  • Build a disciplined account coverage model across Strategic, Enterprise, and Mid-Market customers.
  • Establish structured strategic account planning for high-potential UK customers, including executive sponsorship, whitespace analysis, multi-threaded relationships, and expansion plans.
  • Increase wallet share through larger, multi-year engagements and broader adoption of services and partner solutions.

  • Embed MEDDPICC as the common qualification, coaching, and deal-governance language across the UK sales organization.
  • Build and maintain sufficient qualified pipeline coverage to support regional targets, inspecting opportunity creation, conversion, win rate, average order value, and deal velocity.
  • Establish forecasting and deal-inspection cadence, coaching sellers and leaders on economic-buyer access, champion development, value creation, decision process, and paper process.
  • Create a culture where pipeline generation is a core weekly activity and early-stage demand is proactively created.
  • Lead local executive engagement with priority technology partners, including Atlassian, GitLab, Harness, Amazon Web Services, and Datadog.
  • Build joint territory and account plans that translate partner priorities into co-sell pipeline and services-led growth.
  • Strengthen alignment with partner field organizations so the company is positioned as a strategic transformation partner rather than a transactional reseller.
  • Use the multi-vendor ecosystem to create differentiated customer propositions and increase partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing to align campaigns, content, and events to target accounts, customer problems, and the two selling motions.
  • Partner with Presales to improve discovery, solution quality, technical credibility, and early qualification of delivery requirements.
  • Partner with Delivery to ensure sold solutions are executable, margin assumptions are protected, and customer outcomes create expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to maintain pricing, gross margin, forecast, customer relationship management, and performance discipline.
  • Build a high-performance culture centered on accountability, coaching, collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit and develop high-caliber sales talent, maintain an active bench, and work with Talent to improve quality and time to hire.
  • Drive effective onboarding and time to productivity for new leaders and sellers.
  • Coach through regular one-to-ones, deal reviews, pipeline-generation sessions, and enablement, while addressing underperformance early and consistently.
  • Develop future sales leaders and create a destination environment for top performers.
  • Run a consistent regional operating rhythm across forecasting, pipeline generation, account planning, performance management, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Use data to identify team and individual performance trends, coaching needs, and investment priorities.

  • Represent the UK sales organization with executive leadership and contribute to global Sales strategy and operating-model development.

Dapple closes $30M seed to scale Enterprise OS Cloud with $100M in contracts

Dapple, an AI infrastructure startup, has closed a $30 million seed round led by The Raptor Group and Ion Pacific. The company has secured over $100 million in customer contracts just five months after launch. Dapple has created the "Enterprise OS Cloud", an operating system for AI infrastructure that provides dedicated, single-tenant environments with data residency and governance controls. The platform addresses enterprise needs for in-country cloud deployments, offering an alternative to building in-house, waiting for hyperscaler capacity or renting raw compute. The company is already running production AI workloads globally for enterprise customers. Founded by Tricia Martinez and Salam Al-Mosawi, Dapple's team has previously deployed over 300,000 accelerators across enterprise and hyperscaler environments. The funding will support global expansion and scaling operations.

Kosli partners with Adaptavist to automate Governance for AI assisted software delivery.

Kosli partners with Adaptavist to automate Governance for AI assisted software delivery. Jun 03, 2026, 09:00 ET LONDON, June 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Kosli, the leading SDLC Governance automation platform, today announces a strategic partnership with Adaptavist, a global provider of transformative solutions. The partnership seeks to address the growing governance gap felt by enterprises as they increasingly pivot towards AI assisted software delivery. With AI agents now writing, reviewing, and deploying code at machine speed, legacy governance processes for managing slow inspection and release cycles can't keep up. A decade of advances in DevOps and CI/CD has exposed the limits of manual governance processes, and AI driven development is about to completely overwhelm them. When AI driven software delivery collides with human governance, productivity is lost to manual approval gates, the cost of compliance escalates, and the risk of failures rises as manual processes struggle to manage exponentially higher change volumes. To stay competitive, regulated enterprises need a modern approach to software delivery governance, one that is event-driven, evidence-based, automated, and engineered to scale with AI-generated change volumes rather than against them. Together, Kosli and Adaptavist help enterprises to make this shift. Kosli provides Controls Engineering infrastructure that automates the collection of compliance evidence and enforces policy at the point of action. "Governance is the last manual bottleneck in regulated software delivery and with agentic AI starting to produce really high volumes of change, that bottleneck is about to get even more painful," said Mike Long, CEO of Kosli. "Our partnership with Adaptavist will give enterprises the automated governance layer they need to fully unlock the value of AI coding tools." Adaptavist's expertise spans assessment and strategy, DevSecOps integration, developer experience, and extensive implementations involving Atlassian, GitLab, AWS, Harness.io, Datadog and others. "For many enterprises, DevOps stops just short of production. Teams automate everything up to deployment, only to hand over to manual change boards and disconnected approval processes," said Ben Boswell, Global Head of Sales at Adaptavist. "By partnering with Kosli, Adaptavist helps organisations bring governance into the DevOps workflow itself. The result is continuous compliance, real-time auditability and faster, safer releases into production." About Kosli Kosli provides automated SDLC Governance for regulated organisations, eliminating manual compliance work while ensuring continuous auditability across the software delivery lifecycle. Kosli is trusted by leading enterprises in financial services, including Deutsche Bank. About Adaptavist Founded in 2005, Adaptavist is a global provider of transformative solutions and a trusted partner of Atlassian, monday.com, AWS, GitLab and many more.
