Requirements
  • 10+ years in marketing analytics experience in financial services
  • Experience in the credit card industry is a plus
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills
  • Experience with SQL and/or proficiency with business intelligence platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Sigma)
  • Experience with end to end model development and maintenance
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Analyze the performance of rollout campaigns and marketing experiments
  • Lead development / enhancement of Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) measurement
  • Develop and optimize response models and attrition models
  • Identify customer segmentation and triggered marketing opportunities
  • Partner with Data Team to improve data infrastructure and analytical tooling
  • Create automated dashboards to enable Marketing Team members to self-serve on core marketing KPIs
