- Analyze the performance of rollout campaigns and marketing experiments
- Lead development / enhancement of Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) measurement
- Develop and optimize response models and attrition models
- Identify customer segmentation and triggered marketing opportunities
- Partner with Data Team to improve data infrastructure and analytical tooling
- Create automated dashboards to enable Marketing Team members to self-serve on core marketing KPIs
