About the job
- A BEP, BAC Pro, or BTS technical qualification in industrial maintenance, public works equipment maintenance, agricultural equipment maintenance, or a related technical field.
- Initial experience in a similar position.
- Recognized professional expertise in technical maintenance and knowledge of construction and public works equipment.
- A valid Category B driving licence is mandatory.
- Ensure the technical condition, safety, presentation, and compliance of equipment offered for rental.
- Organize workshop work, including schedules, interventions, and repairs.
- Maintain and repair equipment, diagnose breakdowns, perform on-site repairs when necessary, and inspect repairs performed by subcontractors.
- Plan workshop and fleet team activities, conduct a weekly fleet inspection with the fleet manager, and train the workshop team or propose training when necessary.
- Prepare quotations and supplier purchase orders; verify the conformity of received parts and purchased services.
- Schedule periodic maintenance and regulatory inspections with customers and manage their follow-up.
- Keep workshop activity records up to date, including revision checklists, equipment files, and intervention reports.
- Prepare progress reports comparing work status with established objectives.
- Manage the stock of parts and consumables.
- Participate in evaluating local suppliers.
