Requirements
  • Knowledge of Wholesale Cards Products and related Client Service and Middle Office business processes.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in Operations process assessment and knowledge (including significant experience in identifying risks, control issues, implementing corrective actions and best practices).

Responsibilities
  • Accountable for all client service activities by providing end-to-end oversight and responsibility, partner with local teams, and support the Wholesale Cards business that are performed across multiple Cash sites globally and work to constantly reengineer existing processes.
  • Executive decision maker for Wholesale Cards escalations and work towards a standardized process.
  • Develop the appropriate control in line with the risk appetite of the business and Payments CitiService.
  • Design and develop a scale strategy and design optimal workflows to drive efficiency and increase Client Satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain group budget and financials and identify cost saving opportunities.
  • Drive implementation of new products and services that have significant value-add.
  • Manage relationships with Sales, Product, Implementations and Technology to address client needs and create system platform strategies.
  • Lead and develop people development initiatives that are aligned with the growth of the business including mobility, diversity, talent reviews, learning and development and performance management.
  • Develop and monitor effective controls, compliance and continuity of business (COB) planning, Operational audits, corporate reviews and industry examinations in all departments.
  • Collaborate with the global team to constantly identify opportunities to increase volume and efficiency; maximize productivity; and improve audit reports and analysis.
  • Direct the execution and delivery global transformation initiatives, driving service and process consistency across the global footprint and simplify the business in order to best serve our clients.
Desired Qualifications
