Requirements

  • Currently in the first year of a BTS diploma program such as MCO or NDRC.
  • A valid Category B driver's license is required.
  • A personal vehicle is required for the first four months.
  • Demonstrated sales, persuasion, prospecting, customer relationship, communication, organization, and client-service abilities.
  • Ability to present offers clearly and persuasively, listen actively to customer needs, manage a client portfolio, work independently in the field after training, and handle prospecting, appointments, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a client portfolio through personal prospecting, company advertising campaigns that generate leads, and appointments provided by the marketing teams.
  • Commercialize the company's security services.
  • Present, explain, and sell solutions to individual and professional customers.
  • Adapt offers according to the needs of encountered prospects.
  • Visit customers and conduct provided or self-generated appointments to close sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team under the supervision of a manager.
  • Participate in team meetings and exchange best practices.
