- At least 2 years of experience working with teens or young adults with disabilities.

- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain RBT certification within 30 days of employment.

- Provide individualized instruction using applied behavior analysis (ABA)-based strategies.
- Develop lesson plans and individualized Student Specialized Learning Plans (SSLPs).
- Teach functional academics, communication, social, vocational, and daily living skills.
- Support students in building independence and preparing for adulthood.
- Lead individual and group learning activities.
- Track student progress and adjust learning goals.
- Collaborate with families, clinical supervisors, and other team members.
- Maintain a structured, supportive classroom environment.
- Special education, transition programming, vocational training, life skills instruction, supported employment, or ABA experience.
- Teaching certification.
- Experience developing individualized learning plans and tracking student progress.
