Have 2–4 years of experience working in a sales environment with face-to-face customer contact.
Have an interest in working in a Catholic environment and a genuine connection to the mission; all faiths and backgrounds are welcome.
Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills, including compassionate care in person and on the telephone.
Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
Have proficiency with computers, software, and technology.
Have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
Guide families through the Order of Christian Funerals and available options through consultative, relationship-driven conversations.
Work autonomously to build individual success, supported by a team.
Attend arrangement meetings, committals, and parish outreach as part of supporting families across their experience.
