About the job
- At least 10 years of software architecture experience across large-scale projects.
- Expertise in microservices, event-driven, hexagonal, and clean architecture patterns, as well as SOLID and domain-driven design principles.
- Passion for AI and hands-on experience designing or integrating large language model APIs, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and agentic systems.
- Strong background in either Java Spring Boot or .NET stacks.
- Experience building scalable and resilient systems using cloud and container technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, and AWS.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and stakeholder management across business and IT teams.
- Hands-on experience with DevSecOps, continuous integration and continuous delivery, observability, and application security, including OWASP, authentication and authorization, and encryption.
- Fluency in German and English at minimum C1 level.
- Architect and deliver scalable, secure, business-aligned cloud-native solutions, including containerized architectures, continuous integration and delivery pipelines, and integrated AI capabilities.
- Lead end-to-end architecture on complex projects from pre-sales through production deployment, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Define strategic architectural decisions and serve as the technical interface between teams and stakeholders, translating business needs into pragmatic solutions and producing associated documentation, including architecture decision records and guidelines.
- Participate in development through code reviews, proofs of concept, AI pipeline design, and work on critical components while ensuring overall technical consistency.
- Contribute to internal capability building through mentoring, AI technology monitoring, and improvements to best practices.
- French language proficiency.
