About the Team & Business Line

Our global office network provides a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.

Working with our Corporate Secretarial team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver high quality of corporate secretarial services for multi - national Clients’ structures. You'll manage corporate governance, coordinate meetings, and support clients' entity needs, contributing to Citco's commitment to excellence in tailored corporate solutions.
 

Your Role: 

• Assisting senior colleagues in provision of corporate legal services to clients based in foreign jurisdictions.
• Preparing legal documents for all stages of company lifecycle, i.e. from company incorporation through to dissolution, to clients worldwide in accordance with legal requirements and within agreed deadlines.
• Handling and/or monitoring statutory filings with local authorities. 
• Coordinating with colleagues worldwide to collect information and documents needed for assignments.
• Ensure proper storing of legal documents, keeping internal data bases and registers up-to-date.

About You:

• Graduate in business and/or corporate law (or at least last year student)
• Organized, accurate and self – motivated.
• Effective when working within a team as well as individually.
• Client-focused, service-oriented with a dynamic approach.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent level of English.
   

Salary Ranges

1375 – 1875 EUR GROSS
