Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on back-end development
  • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails; experience with Python, Go, ReactJS, or Java is a plus

Pattern Group Q2 revenue jumps 47% to $877M as international sales surge 87%

Pattern Group reported record Q2 results, with revenue rising 47% year-over-year to $877 million and adjusted EBITDA up 54% to $54 million. Net revenue retention reached 129%, surpassing the company's 115% long-term target. Growth is accelerating beyond Amazon. International revenue jumped 87% to $110 million, whilst non-Amazon revenue increased 93%, driven by marketplaces including Tmall, TikTok Shop, Walmart and Coupang. Non-Amazon revenue now represents 9% of total business, up from 7% a year earlier. Pattern raised its full-year outlook, expecting revenue of $3.4 billion to $3.5 billion and adjusted EBITDA of approximately $211 million to $213 million. The company operates across 20 marketplaces in Asia and was named a Gold Star service provider for health on Tmall.

Pattern partners with OpenAI to bring ChatGPT advertising to global brands using 77 trillion data points

Pattern Group Inc. has become a technology partner supporting advertising in ChatGPT, enabling its brand partners to advertise within the platform. The integration extends Pattern's cross-platform advertising capabilities, which already include Google, Meta, Snap, and TikTok. Pattern's advertising platform utilises more than 77 trillion ecommerce data points to provide insights into consumer behaviour across marketplaces, social media, and AI experiences. The company is also introducing agentic campaign management, enabling AI-driven execution across its advertising stack. This integration builds on Pattern's existing relationship with OpenAI. Pattern Intelligence, the company's AI-powered ecommerce execution engine launched in May 2026, is already available in the ChatGPT app directory. Pattern serves hundreds of global brands across more than 70 marketplaces.

Kevin Murphy grows Amazon Australia revenue 141% while tackling grey market sellers

Premium haircare brand Kevin Murphy has grown its Amazon Australia revenue by 141% within four months of partnering with ecommerce accelerator Pattern. Units sold increased 115% quarter-on-quarter whilst average order value rose 8.4%. Distributed in Australia by Ozdare, Kevin Murphy launched on Amazon Australia in November 2025 to address unauthorised reseller activity whilst maintaining its salon channel relationships. Pattern helped the brand increase Buy Box ownership from 65% to 91% and remove multiple unauthorised sellers. By March 2026, approximately 80% of advertising-driven sales came from first-time Kevin Murphy customers on Amazon Australia. Pattern manages the brand's storefront, product listings and full-funnel advertising strategy across the platform. The partnership demonstrates how premium beauty brands can leverage marketplaces for growth whilst protecting brand equity.

Pattern prices 8M share secondary offering at $19 by pre-IPO holder Knox Lane

Pattern Group has priced a secondary offering of 8 million shares of Series A common stock at $19.00 per share by an entity affiliated with Knox Lane LP, a pre-IPO stockholder. The selling stockholder has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.2 million shares. Pattern Group will not receive any proceeds from the offering, with all net proceeds going to the selling stockholder. The transaction is expected to close on 18 June 2026.
