  • Completed coursework plan (Pensum Cerrado) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation, monitoring, and control of technology systems focused on O&L processes, and consolidate and analyze information according to established requirements to provide support for projects, tasks, and routines in CBC GT's Digital Channel area.
  • Closely monitor incidents reported by users, including salespeople, customers, and logistics operators, to support continual improvement of digital tools.
  • Identify gaps and challenges that must be addressed to implement digital initiatives in the O&L area.
  • Ensure compliance with delivery-process key performance indicators to achieve sustainable and replicable results.
  • Train different departments and roles on digitalization, commercial routines, tools, and the digital ecosystem to strengthen user capabilities and promote digitalization.
  • Support the delivery process at traditionally operated agencies as they transition to a digital operating model.
  • Promote adoption of digital tools among roles in delivery logistics and standardize their use as part of the work routine.
