  • At least 3 years of experience in privacy roles.
  • A university or college degree, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify compliance risks and assist in developing resolutions to manage and mitigate those risks.
  • Ability to assess existing and emerging risks and evaluate their materiality.
  • Knowledge of current laws, rules, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to draft or assess compliance manuals, front-office materials, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to analyze compliance reports, identify deeper issues, escalate risks through governance channels, and recommend corrective action plans.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and administer Enterprise Privacy Policies and Procedures for PNC Bank in the United States and international operations, including Canada and the United Kingdom.
  • Conduct independent compliance risk assessments and work with ETS-Compliance Testing and vertical compliance disciplines to develop an integrated, risk-based monitoring and testing plan.
  • Perform compliance monitoring activities.
  • Execute programmatic challenge activities, including issues and risk and control self-assessments.
  • Report to risk committees and the Board.
  • Review content for compliance training and work with PNCU to implement the training calendar.
  • Assist with compliance-related regulatory examinations and inquiries.
  • Maintain and administer privacy notices.
  • Review Data Protection Impact Assessments through Change Navigator and ServiceNow and advise on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor the Privacy Mailbox.
  • Support strategic enterprise initiatives, including the United Kingdom Branch and Artificial Intelligence Governance.
  • Plan the execution of compliance programs to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper business practices.
  • Support key business initiatives by analyzing data, identifying compliance risks, assisting with risk resolutions, and escalating risks to senior team members when necessary.
  • Identify compliance impacts on marketing materials, sales programs, product development, documentation review, and other business initiatives.
  • Manage the compliance monitoring program and review activity to ensure it remains within established risk control limits.
  • Lead the execution of compliance program objectives for assigned areas, products and services, and applicable regulations.
  • Communicate and socialize compliance program objectives to business partners.
  • Independently challenge analyses and formulate recommendations.
  • Edit compliance reports and assist in updating or implementing new or enhanced reports to ensure timely and effective compliance with regulatory requirements.
Desired Qualifications
  • CIPP-US certification.
  • CIPP-PM certification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a privacy role within a moderate-to-large financial services or banking organization.

Stepan secures $500M five-year credit facility, up from $450M

Stepan Company has secured a new $500 million five-year credit agreement, replacing its previous $450 million facility and boosting liquidity by $50 million. The specialty chemicals maker announced the deal on 25 September 2026. The new package comprises a $350 million multicurrency revolving credit facility and a $150 million delayed draw term loan, both maturing in September 2031. An expansion option allows Stepan to increase total capacity to $750 million if needed. Interest rates are tied to the company's net leverage ratio, with spreads ranging from 1.125% to 1.625% above benchmark rates. JPMorgan Chase Bank serves as administrative agent, with Bank of America as syndication agent. The agreement includes standard financial covenants and will finance working capital, acquisitions, capital expenditure, and general corporate purposes.

Paylocity expands revolving credit facility to $1.75B with PNC Bank

Paylocity has entered into an amended and restated revolving credit agreement establishing a $1.75 billion senior secured facility with PNC Bank and other lenders, replacing a prior 2019 agreement. The facility matures on 17 September 2031 and had $81.25 million outstanding on the effective date. The agreement allows Paylocity to request up to $875 million in additional revolving commitments and up to two one-year maturity extensions, subject to lender approval. Proceeds may be used for working capital, capital expenditures, general corporate purposes, permitted acquisitions, investments, distributions, and share repurchases. The facility is guaranteed by material subsidiaries and secured by substantially all assets of Paylocity and the guarantors. Financial covenants require a maximum net total leverage ratio of 4.0x and a minimum interest coverage ratio of 2.0x.

Limbach Holdings secures $300M credit facility with PNC Bank, replacing Wintrust agreement

Limbach Holdings announced on 9 September 2026 that its subsidiary, Limbach Facility Services, secured a $300 million credit facility with PNC Bank. The agreement replaces a previous $125 million revolving credit facility with Wheaton Bank & Trust Company. The new facility comprises a $200 million revolving credit facility, a $50 million term loan, and a $50 million delayed draw term loan. It matures on 9 September 2031. Limbach used proceeds from the PNC facility to repay approximately $118.1 million of principal from the terminated Wintrust Credit Agreement. The company may request additional commitments up to $150 million or 100% of consolidated EBITDA, subject to conditions. No early termination penalties or prepayment fees were incurred.

However, the stock currently trades 5.2% below its 52-week high of $258.96 reached on 17 August. With a market capitalisation of approximately $97.9 billion, PNC has outperformed the State Street Financial Select Sector SPDR ETF's gains of 7.5% and 6.1% over the same periods. The bank's second-quarter net interest income jumped 16% year-over-year to $4.11 billion, prompting management to raise its full-year growth outlook to 15-15.5%. Average loans climbed 13% to $363.2 billion, with the company now forecasting 12.5% average loan growth for 2026.
