Responsibilities
  • Assist in structuring the install team including truck templates, inventory stock, hiring team members, developing the price book, and more.
  • Utilize data from invoices, timecards, KPI reports, and job performance metrics to review and provide constructive feedback.
  • Support technicians in achieving both professional and personal growth.
  • Schedule, prepare, and conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Lead training sessions and facilitate technician ride-alongs.
  • Work closely with sales and the HVAC project manager to optimize business success.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns requiring management involvement.
  • Jump in and assist with service calls as needed to support the team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, motivating technicians to strive for excellence each day.

Electric Air is a technology-enabled HVAC contractor focusing on residential heat pumps in the San Francisco Bay Area. It uses in-house engineers and technicians to design, quote, and install heat pump systems (ducted, ductless, and water heaters) from start to finish, with fast quotes generated by proprietary software after an online questionnaire. Pricing is flat and transparent, with financing and help securing rebates to lower upfront costs.
