The Inside Sales representative position exists to train you in our different protein categories and familiarize you with the process flow from obtaining orders to shipment to ensure success when you transition to a territory rep. Hit the activity and conversion metrics we set, and you move into an assigned territory as an Outside Sales Rep in 6–12 months — already knowing the product, the accounts, and the plant.
