Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with partners to understand business requirements and translate them into robust planning solutions.
  • Design end-to-end architecture for SC planning, including demand planning, supply planning, Clear to Build, Materials Planning.
  • Ensure the architecture aligns with standard methodologies and meets performance, scalability, and security requirements.
  • Own the implementation of o9 solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems (e.g., EDW, SAP, and other supply chain applications).
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Analyze current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement using the platform.
  • Develop and implement improvements to optimize system performance and increase user adoption.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest o9 platform updates and supply chain industry trends to ensure the solution remains cutting-edge.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including BPR/Solutions Team, business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in o9 solution design and implementation.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for solution architecture, configuration settings, and user guides.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical teams to ensure proper usage and understanding of the o9 platform.
Desired Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning and management.
  • 5+ years of experience with o9 Solutions or similar, including hands-on implementation and configuration.
  • 5+ years of experience of supply chain planning processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and database management.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions and ERP systems integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
