- At least 3 years of experience in project management or engineering, ideally in consumer products, plastics, or hardware.
- A track record of taking a product from concept through launch.
- Mechanical or electrical design experience, including comfort reading and modifying drawings.
- The ability to present to senior leadership with confidence and clarity.
- Candidates must be authorized to work permanently in the United States.

- Own the project schedule by building and defending it and identifying risks early.
- Translate complex engineering tradeoffs for technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Review drawings, understand specifications and design constraints, and communicate effectively with engineers.
- Coordinate overseas manufacturing partners to align quality, timing, and cost.
- Brief senior leadership with recommendations, trade-offs, and project risks.
- Drive products from initial concept through production and placement on a retailer's shelf.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks or Creo.
- Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners.
