Responsibilities
  • Separate dirty and clean items.
  • Clean and tidy crockery and kitchen equipment.
  • Keep the kitchens clean.
  • Check that washing equipment is in good working order and report problems or anomalies to the superior.
  • Follow suppliers' instructions for using washing-up products.
  • Inventory washing-up products and notify the supervisor when stocks are expected to run out.
  • Organize the washing-up area and store crockery and equipment to avoid breakages.
  • Help manage stocks of crockery and appliances by reporting abnormal losses or breakages to the superior.
  • Keep the workplace clean and tidy.
  • Follow the hotel's security regulations, including fire procedures.
  • Follow the hotel's environmental commitments, including saving energy, recycling, and sorting waste.
