Responsibilities
Provide part-time coverage at on-site sales offices in Atlanta.
Build rapport with prospective buyers, determine their housing needs and interests, and demonstrate model or inventory homes and lots suited to their needs.
Follow up with potential buyers to convert them to sales, and prospect for and develop referral contacts.
Present the value of using the preferred lender and achieve the preferred lender capture-rate goal.
Ensure all prospects complete a digital registration.
Host and attend realtor events, and coordinate events such as model-home grand openings and referral events.
Respond by email or phone the same day to inquiries from the company website, digital advertising, and third-party sources.
Respond promptly to live-chat inquiries and convert them to on-site appointments.
Qualify leads and follow up with prospects multiple times until an appointment is made with an on-site salesperson.
Maintain a toll-free number and voicemail for leads.
Sales Associates:
Part Time hours. Can discuss more during the interview process.

Maintain a toll-free number and voicemail for leads.
