Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or other quantitative field
  • A high degree of comfort and fluency with computers and technology
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word and use of these tools to present data clearly and concisely
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in a similar position would be a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Manage dedicated client deposit methods, such as physical check deposits.
  • Monitor and resolve client deposit exceptions.
  • Interface with the bank to ensure proper processing of client deposits.
  • Resolve transaction discrepancies between the firm’s internal system and the bank statement.
  • Work with compliance, risk, client service and other internal groups to resolve client issues related to deposits and withdrawals.
  • Implement process and system improvements to the cashiering systems and payment methods.
  • Participate in projects that help improve operations and enhance the client experience.
