About the Company

WIS International

Third-party inventory verification and counting

WIS International provides third-party inventory services to retailers, offering accurate counts of shelves and stock to verify physical inventory against retailer records. It conducts nationwide inventory counts through trained teams, using methods that evolved from manual transcription to barcode scanning, and delivers data on stock levels, discrepancies, and compliance. WIS International differentiates itself by its large scale and geographic reach in North America, the result of the historic merger of Washington Inventory Services and Western Inventory Services and, later, the acquisition of RGIS, which made it the world’s largest inventory services provider. Its goal is to help retailers reduce shrink, improve stock accuracy, and optimize shelf availability by delivering precise, independent inventory data and actionable insights.
