Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or education related field
  • 4-5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Minimum 3 years of sales leaders successfully running a new business team
  • Sales success (quota attainment), superior salesforce and tech stack knowledge
  • Desire and passion to coach, teach and develop others
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential
  • Time management skills with ability to thrive and quickly adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Data-driven decision maker who can analyze sales metrics, identifies areas of opportunity, and builds training plans to improve the team
Responsibilities
  • Learn about Niche by meeting with various team members to learn more about our company through our Onboarding meetings
  • Learn the Niche products inside and out through our sales training and quickly start to develop an understanding of our customers and enrollment marketing solutions
  • Begin to develop relationships with sales support teams B2B, Sales Training, DS, RevOps, DMS, SMEs and Finance to understand Niche processes
  • Learn the sales process, sales tech stacks (Salesforce, Gong, Groove, Seismic) and understand key performance indicators
  • Shadow K12 SDR, PE and PM teams and learn our end-to-end sales process
  • Meet with members of your sales team to build relationships and develop individual plans with the goal of learning the best way to support each PE in terms of training and professional development
  • Watch Gong calls to observe best practices related to communicating the Niche product offerings and how to best position the products based on the customer needs
  • Conduct new sales demos pitching the Niche enrollment and lead solutions to institutions demonstrating effective product positioning and effective selling of the Niche digital enrollment solutions
  • Conduct weekly one-on-ones with your team and accurately forecast month/quarter renewals + expansions
  • Develop strategies and execute plans to ensure the new business sales team achieves monthly revenue goals
  • Analyze individual and team metrics to gain line of sight to skill areas of opportunity
  • Initiate weekly team forecast to insure attainment of monthly revenue targets
  • Work closely with DS (SDR Team) to maximize demo attainment
  • Make data driven decisions on the follow up training and support that is needed for team improvement
  • Set a vision/tone for the team
  • Demonstrate a daily cadence of joining sales demo’s with Partnership Executives (PEs) and monitoring sales demo’s through Gong while providing valuable feedback
  • Partner with Sales Training Manager to build sales training content and deliver training that address individual training needs for each SDR as well as holistic training that address training needs for the team
  • Continue to coach and develop reps through a structured cadence
  • Write and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
