  • 5+ years of infrastructure / DevOps experience
  • Recent experience with AWS; commitment to staying up to date with the latest iterations and capabilities
  • Experience delivering work using Agile methodologies
  • Successful track record operating in ambiguous environments; views change as an opportunity to iterate and finds ways to communicate said iterations across organizations
  • Collaborative and flexible communication style; enjoys finding ways to explain technical concepts and ideas to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Responsibilities
  • Participate in automating our cloud infrastructure, deployment pipeline, and observability platform
  • Partner with our product teams and QA to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and business
  • Ensure our pipeline and infrastructure are secure through standards (SOC2), policy, and proactive analysis
  • Grow and cultivate a DevOps culture on our engineering teams to think about and own the infrastructure for their software
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working in regulated industries is helpful though not required
