Requirements
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, MIS, Marketing and Communications, or a similar field and on track to graduate between Dec 2024 - June 2025
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills
  • Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal colleagues
  • An ambitious, creative, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to think big and deliver projects from conception through completion
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, and ability to adapt in a flexible and fast-paced environment
  • A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings is a plus
  • Previous internship experience is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Work with our Strategic Global Alliances (SGA) team to support ambitious sales targets with the world’s largest and most influential partner organizations
  • Work with our program management and Global Alliance Leaders on key initiatives to support the SGA and Alliances, Channels and Ecosystems, including Management and communications plan to support new Partner Program
  • Requirements Management of executive calendars and executive briefing documents
  • Support of partner marketing and communications activities
  • Operational activities including biweekly reporting, QBRs, and All Hands meetings by coordinating the reporting across the team, supporting slideware creation, and coordinating guest speakers
