About the job
- Cúram V6 certification as a Developer.
- At least 3 years of social enterprise management experience.
- Experience as a Cúram Developer across the full life cycle from requirements through functional design and testing.
- Experience developing with both the Cúram Enterprise Framework and Cúram Solution Modules.
- Experience identifying problems and integrating technical skills to address and solve issues.
- Ability to translate and communicate highly technical concepts to technical personnel and non-IT business users.
- Ability to create and write technical documents using Microsoft Office products, including Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to develop customer relationships and partnerships by responding to needs, exhibiting urgency, and independently identifying options.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex or detailed technical procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience using Cúram Enterprise Framework Components, Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT), Oracle, and Subversion.
- Extensive technical knowledge of web application system analysis and programming using Java, Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition (J2SE), Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE), XML, Extensible Stylesheet Language (XSL), Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and Web Services standards including SOAP and WSDL.
- Experience with government information technology functions.
- Lead functional and detailed requirements development.
- Develop code for the client project.
- Conduct Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
- Perform functional and detailed design.
- Manage the implementation life cycle for NC FAST.
- Model business and workflow processes using Cúram.
- Perform business reengineering using Cúram.
- Use COTS Cúram Enterprise Framework Components, Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT), Oracle, XML technology in Cúram, Cúram Evidence Framework, Subversion, and WebSphere.
- Act as the on-site point of contact for development-related questions and issues that cannot be addressed by a technical consultant.
- Work with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development issues and potentially act as a senior technical developer.
- Report status to the NC FAST Project Manager.
- Adhere to DHHS policies and procedures.
- Experience with Oracle database platforms and tools.
- Experience with JavaScript and IBM WebSphere.
