The annual Best Firms to Work For program recognizes consulting firms that demonstrate excellence across six key areas: Culture, career development, work/life balance, client engagement, compensation and benefits, and firm leadership. Results are based on confidential surveys completed by each firm's consultants, reflecting the firsthand experiences and perspectives of the workforce. "Receiving this recognition for the second consecutive year is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices of our consultants," said Greg Baroni, Founder and CEO of Attain Partners. "For 17 years, we've worked to build a different kind of company: Built to last, next-generation, and values-driven. Built to last has never meant built to stay the same.
