What You’ll Do

• Primary point of contact for Customer D&E Operations team
• Lead monthly cadence meetings
• Manage all customer reporting & Ad Hoc requests and ensure the successful delivery of the customer’s objectives
• Maintains knowledge of D&E regulations and client standards 
• Maintain D&E POs, SOWs, etc. 
• Accountable for projects, and the successful execution of deadlines, deliverables, and requirements as outlined by the customer
• Maintain current knowledge of appropriate regulations, e.g., OIG, PhRMA Code

• Familiar with health sciences and regulated environments
• Capability to bring new opportunities to Veeva 
• Ability to build client relationships resulting in advocacy, trust, and continued long-term business
• Successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Prior Account Management experience

Nice to Have

• B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of client service or account management
• Prior experience within the Speakers Bureau
• Fundamental knowledge of Veeva Commercial Cloud Content and Engagement product suites is preferred; including by not limited to Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Events Management, and Engage
