Requirements
  • Hold a current, unencumbered certification as a Nursing Assistant in North Carolina.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have proficient computer skills.
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.
Responsibilities
  • Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan and as directed by the Nursing Team.
  • Perform administrative duties that may coincide with the position.
Desired Qualifications
  • Have one year or more of Certified Nursing Assistant experience.

Peak Resources LP (PRB) plans to raise $66 million in an IPO during the week of November 18th, offering 4.7 million shares at $13-$15 each. The company reported $48.7 million in revenue and a net loss of $130k over the past year, with a market cap of $203.7 million. Janney Montgomery Scott, Roth Capital, and Texas Capital Securities are the underwriters. The IPO was postponed on November 13, 2024, due to market conditions.
