Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional in-home backup care for one of its clients
  • Work with a variety of families on an as needed basis for urgent backup care needs booked same day or in advance between the hours of 7am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
  • Provide screen-free care to a variety of children
  • See themselves as learners and researchers alongside children
  • Be committed to health and safety at the highest level
  • Demonstrate strong technical abilities (responding to emails, text messages, etc)
  • Be well-versed in child development and best practices (e.g., safe sleep)
  • Be dynamic and creative in caring for all types of children
  • Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Possess strong organizational abilities
