Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel is required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate pre-boarding paperwork for new hires, including offer letters, tax forms, direct deposit, Form I-9 documentation, and other onboarding paperwork.
  • Conduct background, social media, motor vehicle, credit, and other checks through a third-party vendor for new hires.
  • Schedule drug screenings and physical examinations as needed.
  • Coordinate pre-boarding activities for recruiters to support the transition from candidate to new hire.
  • Partner with internal recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
  • Prepare and update job descriptions for external postings in alignment with hiring-manager and business needs.
  • Partner with the Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Partner, hiring managers, and support staff to ensure new-hire paperwork is complete and accurate.
  • Participate in recruiting events such as career fairs, prepare information packets, and gather information from suitable candidates.
  • Create and execute sourcing strategies in partnership with hiring leaders.
  • Create and maintain reports that support talent acquisition decisions.
  • Conduct phone interviews for recruiters as needed.
  • Act as backup for new-hire orientation as needed.
  • Complete annual education requirements, including compliance, privacy, security, and HIPAA training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • An Associate’s degree is preferred.
  • Recruiting or Human Resources experience is preferred.
