Have at least 1 year of experience as an intake paralegal; personal injury law experience is highly preferred.
Be willing and able to interact with clients, adjusters, lawyers, and paralegals by phone and in person.
Have computer and administrative skills.
Demonstrate organization and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and interact with potential new clients by phone and in person in a caring manner.
Respond to calls efficiently and accurately and address concerns.
Notify paralegals and investigators.
Provide customer service and perform other administrative duties.

About the job: This is a fast-paced team environment that is committed to delivering excellent work and enjoying what we do. The position entails answering incoming calls and interacting with potential new clients over the phone and in person in a caring manner. This involves responding to calls efficiently and accurately, addressing concerns, notifying paralegals and investigators, providing excellent customer service, and performing other administrative duties.
Schedule:
Sunday 8am-5pm; Monday-Thursday 12pm-9pm
Qualifications:
REQUIRED: Bilingual in English and Spanish
1-3+ years working in a Law firm.
1+ years as an Intake Paralegal (Personal Injury Law highly preferred)
Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
Proficient in computer and administrative skills.
Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary.
Total Compensation Package:
Competitive Hourly/Salary ~ Depending on experience level
