Requirements
  • Extensive experience in sales compensation, sales operations, and analytics
  • Excellent understanding of sales performance metrics and commission structures
  • Background in SaaS or a recurring customer subscription model is preferred
  • Bias for action mindset with a focus on driving continuous operational improvements
  • An effective communicator who can break down complex concepts effectively and build relationships with stakeholders across various levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities and experience with the administration of high performance sales team compensation plans
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
Responsibilities
  • Own the calculations and distribution of commission and incentive payments for Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Manage SPIFF programs to incentivize specific sales activities and ensure accurate payouts
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from the GTM team
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency of sales compensation plans
  • Maintain accurate data related to sales performance and commission payouts
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the sales compensation program
