Requirements

Familiarity with Windows Server (2022 or later) and Linux, including basic network setup and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Oracle SQL and/or SQL Server, including writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction and verification.
Experience in programming or scripting, with the ability to understand, modify, or develop automation scripts or small software modules.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and guidance to clients for PDF Solutions software applications, including Exensio Test and Exensio Yield.
Collect client questions and requirements, and analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.
Conduct software testing and validation to ensure application robustness and reliability.
Collaborate with development, quality assurance, sales, and service teams to ensure successful software integration and deployment.
Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal engineering teams to support customer satisfaction and smooth product adoption.

Desired Qualifications

A strong client-oriented mindset and the ability to understand and translate customer needs into technical solutions.
Strong spoken and written English communication skills to support global or regionally dispersed clients.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple open issues, and drive them to resolution.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new software tools and environments, and stay current with relevant technologies.
Prior experience in automated test equipment, test program generation, or test automation.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and guidance to clients for PDFS software applications (Exensio Test / Exensio Yield).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, sales, service) to ensure successful software integration and deployment.
Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal engineering teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth product adoption.

Qualifications

Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows Server (2022 or later) and Linux, including basic network setup and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in using Oracle SQL and/or SQL Server — capable of writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction and verification.
Experience in programming or scripting, with the ability to understand, modify, or develop automation scripts or small software modules.

Preferred / Desirable Attributes

Strong client-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand and translate customer needs into technical solutions.
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written), capable of supporting global or regionally dispersed clients.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple open issues, and drive them to resolution.
Quick learner, adaptable to new software tools and environments, and proactive in staying current with relevant technologies.
Prior experience in ATE/test program generation/test automation is a strong plus.

Pay Range

TWD $2,000,000.00 - TWD $3,000,000.00 /Yr.
