Requirements
  • Build or study systems where multiple agents collaborate through structured communication, delegation, critique, or iterative coordination.
  • Have experience with agent orchestration, communication protocols, evaluator agents, or systems where multiple agents interact to exchange information, critique reasoning, and coordinate decisions over time.
  • Have research experience in related fields such as multi-agent reinforcement learning, graph neural networks, knowledge graphs, or mixed-initiative planning.
  • Have a proven track record of research results, including published or publicly shared work.
  • Use artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, and Perplexity regularly.
  • Demonstrate strong programming and data analysis skills sufficient to build prototypes and conduct experiments.
  • Demonstrate a bias toward showing working artificial intelligence applications rather than only describing long-term concepts.
Responsibilities
  • Design architectures in which multiple agents coordinate to solve problems requiring structured interaction across multiple reasoning processes.
  • Build systems that structure communication, route information, and coordinate decision-making across agents with different views of a problem.
  • Investigate interaction patterns governing how agents collaborate, including information exchange, critique and refinement of reasoning, and coordination of execution across complex workflows.
  • Identify the mechanics behind effective communication, delegation, and coordination among agent systems.
