Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring on-time delivery with high quality.
Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage project scope, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Conduct regular project reviews, stand-ups, and sprint planning for Agile projects.
Facilitate communication between development, quality assurance, design, and business teams.
Track project progress and report status, issues, and dependencies to leadership.
Prepare project documentation, including statements of work, business requirements documents, RAID logs, minutes of meeting, and status reports.
Collaborate with the project management office and leadership on process improvements.
Manage client expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Desired Qualifications

Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PRINCE2, or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
Experience in software development or quality assurance.
Exposure to enterprise clients or large-scale transformation projects.
Knowledge of budget management and project financials.
Experience with cloud-based projects involving AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, expertise in Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, and communication effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring on-time delivery with high quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
5–12 years of experience in project management (adjust as needed).
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management practices.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as:
- Jira / Confluence
- MS Project / Azure DevOps
- Trello / Asana / ClickUp
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams (Dev, QA, UX, DevOps, Clients).

Nice to Have
