Requirements
  • Experience with CNC machining using mills, lathes, or both.
  • Ability to read blueprints and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing specifications and use inspection tools.
  • Ability to maintain strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes, including Hermle, DMG Mori, Okuma, and Sodick equipment.
  • Work from blueprints and tight-tolerance specifications.
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving.
