- At least 15 years of experience in spacecraft, mission control, or complex aerospace software systems.
- Expertise in C/C++ and Python.
- Experience with embedded Linux and real-time or flight software.
- Knowledge of cloud services such as Amazon Web Services, containerization, version control, and Agile processes.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and operate within rigorous engineering standards.
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance are required, along with compliance with export-control requirements.
- Lead architecture decisions and guide software best practices across the organization.
- Develop flight software using cFS and embedded Linux, ground systems using Python and modern web frameworks, and cloud or embedded machine-learning and autonomy systems.
- Own full-lifecycle delivery, including requirements, development, testing, integration, and operations.
- Provide technical proposals, estimates, and cross-team coordination.
- Mentor and uplift junior engineers.
- Experience with NASA core Flight System (cFS) is preferred.

It uses Advanced Digital Twins, Robotic 3D Simulation, Synthetic Data for AI, and immersive experiences to model complex environments and devices. The product runs digital replicas of physical platforms, tests scenarios in a realistic 3D space, and generates synthetic data to train AI. Its goal is to help clients design, validate, and deploy robotic and IIoT solutions faster by providing scalable, shareable simulations and data-driven insights.
