- Present and explain dental treatment plans clearly and confidently.
- Verify insurance benefits and provide accurate treatment estimates.
- Discuss financial options and payment arrangements with patients.
- Guide patients through scheduling and treatment follow-through.
- Support case acceptance and patient education.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
- Assist with daily patient flow and overall office operations.
