- Experience with Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar practice management systems.
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
- Recent experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator within the last five years is required; related dental office experience may include Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, Dental Front Office Coordinator, or similar roles.
- Flexibility to support varying schedules, including evenings or weekends, based on office needs.
- Openness to rotating between office locations in Las Vegas and Henderson when needed.
- Present and explain dental treatment plans to patients.
- Verify insurance benefits and provide accurate treatment estimates.
- Discuss financial options and payment arrangements with patients.
- Guide patients through scheduling and treatment follow-through.
- Support case acceptance and patient education.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
- Assist with daily patient flow and overall office operations.
- Confident experience in treatment planning.
