Responsibilities
  • Formulate a data innovation strategy to drive continuous improvement in performance and work methodologies
  • Support Global Process Owners in shaping and executing the end-to-end NIKE designated business and product process vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Actively participating in the navigation and overseeing the end-to-end process standardization value realization anchored to performance
  • Collaborating and partnering closely with stakeholders, setting and incorporating business requirements, and guiding the transformation strategy for the NIKE process
  • Monitoring changes to inform workforce competencies, contribute to cultural evolution, and foster the adoption of new ways of working across the organization
