  • A self-starter who enjoys learning, reading, and sharing knowledge on agile and engineering best practice
Responsibilities
  • Lead teams in their journey to becoming a mature, self-organizing, and high-performing agile team
  • Own the team’s processes, ensuring agile approaches are pragmatically followed and continuously reviewed and improved
  • Ensure projects follow the correct software development lifecycle processes and stakeholders are given the right transparency and input
  • Lead by example and support teams, including engineers and product managers
  • Facilitate all agile ceremonies to ensure sprint and project goals are accomplished
  • Identify and remove risks and impediments
  • Work with Product Managers to ensure user stories follow the right standards and considerations are made when prioritizing the backlog
  • Work with other Agile Delivery Leads to discuss new tools and techniques in the industry and emerging from the engineering teams
  • Track metrics and data to forecast and report on delivery, manage expectations, and improve efficiencies in the teams
  • Build a safe culture in teams based on trust, open communication, and transparency
