West Pharmaceutical Services replaces 2019 facility with $950M five-year credit agreement

West Pharmaceutical Services has signed a new $950 million unsecured credit agreement, replacing its 2019 facility, according to an 8-K filing dated October 26, 2026. The five-year deal includes a $750 million revolving credit line and a $200 million term loan, which the company drew on the effective date. Bank of America, N.A. is the administrative agent. The Pennsylvania-based company used part of the proceeds to repay the $130 million outstanding under the 2019 agreement, which was then terminated without early termination fees. West plans to use the funds for working capital, capital expenditure, acquisitions, stock repurchases, and debt repayment. The agreement caps its Net Leverage Ratio at 3.50 to 1.0, rising to 4.00 to 1.0 during significant acquisitions.
