- Bonus Certifications: PMI or similar certifications in project or program management, Agile or scrum certifications
- Manage a team that supports projects and issues impacting the Operations space
- Engage in Planning and Strategy with Operational Leadership to evaluate initiatives and establish prioritization
- Coordinate cross functionally with Product, Engineering, and other teams internally to ensure alignment of timelines, resources, priorities, and risks
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and communicating/securing resources for strategic initiatives
- Evaluate existing team cadences, documents, and processes and ideate and implement improvements
- Establish and deliver reporting to executive level management
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Work with stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating project status, risks, and issues effectively
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management, including both written and oral formats
- Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
