Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will drive growth within our Educational & Therapy Services division by developing new client relationships, expanding outreach through calls, emails, and creative prospecting, and strengthening existing partnerships. This role is responsible for generating new business, exceeding sales goals, and delivering exceptional service to prospective and current clients.

Responsibilities: 

• Proactively call prospective clients to generate new business
• Persistently use traditional and creative methods to reach new points of contact with prospective clients to sell Educational & Therapy Services
• Continuously generate client leads using high-volume calls and emails
• Built and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients
• Educate prospective clients about Aya's differentiated Educational staffing services
• Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients
• Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
• Travel up to 50% in order to meet with prospective clients, attend conferences or trainings 

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
• Direct relevant experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales required
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
• At least 3 years track record as a top producer in a sales position
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
• Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $31.25 hourly, which equates to $65,000 annually, plus commissions.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
