About the job
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting operations, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of day-to-day accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial record-keeping.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
- Good working knowledge and hands-on experience with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks Online.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with financial data and reports.
- Ability and willingness to adapt to and effectively use AI tools to improve accounting and finance processes.
- Ability to work independently, manage responsibilities effectively, and maintain accuracy in financial records.
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice verification, approvals, and posting in the accounting system.

- Perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and review aging reports regularly.
- Assist in managing petty cash reimbursements and employee expense claims.
- Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities related to payables and receivables.
- Contribute to the improvement of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and internal controls.
- Leverage AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and accuracy in accounting and finance processes.
- Relevant experience in end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting operations in a corporate or multinational environment.
